When you are researching and debating be sure to figure out your country's position and make sure not to stray from it in the Debate. You must prepare a Policy Statement and at least 3 operative clauses for the Debate. Also you can download the Model UN app from the app store as it has more MUN information than you will ever need. The symbol for the app should be a globe with "Model UN" written on top of the globe. (Disclaimer: The app isn't made by the chairs but, it is a resource recommended by the Chairs). Answer: RSHM is a NGO that a school coming to this conference has asked to represent. They are a religious group as RSHM stands for: The Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary. Their website is here:
Chair Biographies------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hello, my name is Sam Taplin and I have been doing MUN since 6th Grade. I have attended 6 MUN conferences, won 3 best delegate awards and been to Conferences in Madrid, Paris and Norway. I am from Washington D.C. and I have lived in Virginia, Ukraine, Romania and France. This is my second year in France and it is my first time chairing at PACMUN. I look forward to a productive debate. Hi, My name Is Louis Grelot,I have been in MUN for one year and a half. I have attended 6 conferences, including last year's PACMUN conference and the High School Norway conference. I am from France and have lived here my whole life. I am in 8th grade, I am passionate for WWII airplanes, movies, and race cars. I have a very special taste for music; I only listen to movie soundtracks.This is my first time as a chair and I am looking forward to seeing you guys in a productive debate.
